Meet Kabbee’s Stars this August!

Kabbee has been rewarding its hard-working drivers every month, since April this year, and has encouraged them to provide excellent customer service to their passengers.

This month, we had four London-based minicab drivers visit Kabbee’s offices to tell us about what customer service means to them. Each winning driver won £200, courtesy of Kabbee.

What is your top tip to providing the best customer service? I believe it is important to go that extra mile to help your passengers, and show kindness – if they have luggage, offer to take their bags from them, or if they have a pram, fold it up for them. They really appreciate small things we do to make their lives easier.

What brands do you think give offer high-quality customer service? I go to Mcdonalds every morning for a coffee, and they are always very quick to serve me. I also think Next has good quality clothing for a reasonable price – that’s where I do my clothes shopping.

What is your top tip to providing the best customer service? I haven’t been a minicab driver for very long, but I’ve already realised that you need to perceive your customer’s mood, and then decide how to communicate with them. Sometimes, people wish to keep to themselves, but other times, passengers are chatty and want to have a conversation.

What brands do you think give offer high-quality customer service? John Lewis wins my vote – I like the range of men’s clothing they sell, and the service you get in-store is always good.

What is your top tip to providing the best customer service? When customers pay for a minicab, they expect a polite driver, a greeting and all of the basic things – but personally, I think the key to impressing them is looking smart, smelling good, and having a clean car.

What brands do you think give offer high-quality customer service? My favourite car is the Audi convertible, so I have to praise the manufacturing company for selling such a beautiful car.

What is your top tip to providing the best customer service? To make the customers happy, you must greet them with a big smile. Show them that you are happy to help them get to their destination.

What brands do you think give offer high-quality customer service? I am a big fan of BHS and M&S clothing – I buy for myself and my family there. Very good customer service and long-lasting clothes.
